This Privacy Policy outlines the practices of Qi Machine LLC ("we," "us," or "our") for mobile applications published on iOS and Android. We are committed to handling user data responsibly and transparently.
Some of our apps collect certain personally identifiable information for specific purposes and clearly disclose what is collected and why. Other apps collect no personal data whatsoever. If an app collects no data, no user information is stored, transmitted, or shared with third parties.
Apps that use API data (such as weather or location-based services) collect only what is necessary to provide the intended functionality. The specific data collected is described within each app.
Some apps access health and fitness data from your device — including step counts, physical activity, workout information, sleep data, and heart rate — via Apple HealthKit (iOS) or Google Fit / Android Health Connect (Android).
This data is used solely to provide core app features, is processed locally on your device, and is never sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising. We do not store health data on external servers unless explicitly stated within a specific app.
You can manage or revoke health data access at any time through your device settings (iOS: Settings > Privacy & Security > Health; Android: Settings > Apps > Permissions or through the Health Connect app).
Some apps offer in-app purchases or subscriptions managed through RevenueCat, which processes transaction data, subscription status, and purchase history to unlock premium features. Some apps integrate third-party advertising services including Google AdMob and AppLovin. These services may collect your device's advertising ID, IP address, and app usage data to deliver and measure ads. You can review their policies at Google's Privacy Policy and AppLovin's Privacy Policy.
We implement appropriate measures — including encryption, access controls, and regular security reviews — to protect any personal data from unauthorized access or disclosure.
Data stored locally on your device is deleted when you uninstall the app. Any server-side data is retained in anonymous, non-identifiable form. To request deletion of any data associated with your use of our apps, contact us at info@qimachine.com. We respond to all deletion requests within 30 days.
We may revise this policy periodically. The updated version will be effective as of the date shown at the top of this page. We recommend checking back occasionally for changes.
